Liony Garcia
Bio: Choreographer/ Dancer | Miami, Fl Liony Garcia holds a BFA from New World School of the Arts, Miami, FL. As a professional dancer he’s has the pleasure of performing in the company of BodyTraffic (L.A), Rosie Herrera Dance Theater, Whole Project, Bistoury Physical Theater (Miami) amongst others. His choreographic work has been commissioned on numerous occasions by organizations like; Miami Light Project, Thomas Armour Youth Ballet and Dranoff 2 Piano Foundation (Miami). In 2014 his work toured with I.T.E (Canada). Liony has received a Miami Dade Choreographer’s Fellowship from the Miami Dade Cultural Affairs 2014 and is a current resident artist at Miami Light Project and 6th Street Dance Studio (HomeGrown) e | lionygarcia@live.com
